This presentation is for people who use to sail around on the Eastern Finnish Gulf. The main purpose is to give hints how to better utilize this area for recreational purposes.

All islands of this presentation are situated at the archipelago of Kotka, Hamina, Vehkalahti and Virolahti. The covering area of this island introduction expands yearly.

Best time to get around here are the summer months. Most of the photos are taken at this time of the year, and so you'll get onesided view. Alltough it is possible to visit these islands at any time of the year, other than warm summerbreeze will feel unappealing to many.
Some people say that there are practically no other
place as rich and beautiful and easy to go to. In addition,
they seem to come back over and over again, finding new aspects every time.
